Something is telling me that the coffee trees will not survive this winter.
They were even covered.

It doesn’t look hopeful. If you bend the branches, do they feel springy or stiff?
If you can feel any springy ones, cut off some of the dead stiff growth (not all) and see if it reshoots? I’ve noticed the growth rate of plants are picking up again, so you may be lucky to save it.
